Hey y’all! Elder Six in the house (technically I am in the library). This entire week has been one giant miracle and a learning experience. At first the week was progressing really well, then for some reason I got hung over a mistake I made. But for some reason that time I decided that I would simply just let go of the guilt, and the rest of the day turned out to be just a miracle filled day: we helped some fellow members who were sick, we had several really great lessons, and lastly we met a guy who was a former investigator and set a return appointment. The days after that were amazing! One of our investigators, Jose, whom we have been recently been teaching, well he committed to read the Book of Mormon and he read 7 chapters! Not only that but he already mostly accepts it as true scripture! Lessons have been going really well with him (even though it can be a challenge at times to keep him from talking to much). And remember that former investigator that I mentioned we met? His name is Nathan and we had an awesome lesson with him! He has been going through a hard time in his life and has found it difficult to be happy. But thanks to a prompting by the Spirit we helped him see that a great deal had to do with forgiving himself and the spirit was so strong during that lesson!… Then came Sunday…. well no one came so to speak… and one of our best investigators just out of the blue dropped us by text . It was very sad at first, but then I remember the past few days. We did our all our best to invite them to Christ and we did so by our lessons… its just that in the end they exercised their agency and chose not to go. Our companionship is ready for this week and we are constantly trying new things to improve our teaching skills and to help those we serve gain a desire to receive the fullness of blessings. It has been one of my greatest blessings to serve with Elder Hoyt and Elder Collett! Elder Hoyt is just great with keeping lessons on Track and inviting the spirit in them. Elder Collett continues to bless this area with great insight and showing his love to our investigators!

……….. I should probably let Y’all know that my bike was stolen…. it was parked right in front of our apartment window, and were inside for no more than 20 minuets then poof! Stolen! And my bike was the cruddy one! Please do not freak out I am alright! I am currently borrowing a bike! The work will not be hindered by anything!
Thank all Y’all for you support! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love Elder Six

P.S. please no one mention anything about the new Hobbit Movie or anything that has to do with Marvel Superheros. I WILL GO CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
